As a licensed esthetician and certified medical esthetician of 7+ years, you could say that I am familiar with vitamin C products at this point in my career. However, it is not always easy to weed out the good from the bad with vitamin Cs, because they can be quite complex.With Bliss’s new Glow Rush Luminous Daily Moisturizer, it was love at first try for me. I am literally obsessed! I don’t think I have ever loved a moisturizer this much, and that is saying a lot because I have used a lot of them!Immediately after application, this moisturizer melts into my skin seamlessly, and it has such a great texture and feel. My skin looked instantly healthier and more hydrated as soon as it was absorbed, and my skin had the most beautiful glow. It also gave me a great, smooth canvas for my daily makeup application, and my makeup stayed looking great for about 12 hours. The glow stayed with me until bedtime, and when I woke up the next day- my skin STILL looked flawless.I would highly recommend this to almost everyone I know. This is even great for those who can be somewhat sensitive to vitamin C, as that is a common problem. I also did not breakout from this moisturizer, which happens to me frequently with products containing certain types/formulations of vitamin c. If you’re looking for a beautiful luminous glow while also feeling hydrated, this is the moisturizer for you!! I love this so much! It comes in a toothpaste-like tube making it easy to get all of the product out when it gets to that point! I love using this when I don’t wear makeup because it actually has a metallic finish on the skin! I’ve gotten so many compliments when I wear this moisturizer! A little goes a long way and it just melts into your skin when you apply it. My skin feels so hydrated and plump I want to put it all over my body! It doesn’t have any overpowering fragrance which is nice. To preface I am 40 years old. I have very oily skin yet I occasionally have dull skin (especially during allergy season). I want to be moisturized without being a greasy mess. That being said, I can not use two different moisturizers during the day or my makeup would melt right off. Since this moisturizer does not have sun protection, I was only able to wear it in the evenings. I absolutely loved it. It made my skin instantly glowy but not too heavy or weighed down. I always woke up in the morning with my skin feeling completely moisturized.
