What is your holiday return policy?
In honor of the holiday season, for orders placed by 12/31/23 we have extended our return policy to 60 days to give you more than enough time to try their favorite products. As always, if you are not satisfied, we invite you to return or exchange your product for free, minus shipping. 

Effective January 1, 2024 we will revert back to our normal return policy of 30 days from the date of purchase. To process a return, click here.

What are your holiday shipping cut-offs?
Our team is working hard to process and deliver your items as soon as possible. We recommend that you complete your purchase(s) no later than midnight ET on 12/12 for standard shipping and midnight ET on 12/15 for priority shipping to receive in time for the holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification regarding your tracking information. It usually takes up to 3 business days for your order to be fulfilled and shipped by our team. Due to the holiday season, it may take an additional 2 business days to fulfill and ship your order. Standard shipping is FREE on all U.S. purchases of $40 and over (excluding taxes). For orders under $40, standard shipping is $5.99. The total delivery time (excluding processing time) for standard shipping is within 7 business days. 3-day shipping is $8.99 on U.S. orders under $40 and $3.99 on orders $40+. Please note that any orders placed after 12 p.m. PST on Friday will process on the following Monday. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we get you your orders as quickly as possible!

What is your Return Policy (Non-Holiday)?

We proudly stand behind our products, and strive to provide an easy, stress-free customer experience. If you are unhappy with an item(s) you received, we will gladly exchange or refund items and sales tax – minus the shipping charges made within 30 days of purchase. No Questions Asked!

Q: Can I return an individual item for an exchange in a kit for a different one?
A: You may request an individual item exchange, total kit exchange or kit refund. To submit a request for a replacement. please and complete the form & our Customer Experience Team will respond quickly or Chat with a Pro.

Q: Can I use multiple coupons?
A: You may apply ONE coupon code per order (with the exception of Free Shipping).

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to ineligible use of coupon code and to modify or cancel an offer due to technical errors or unforeseen problems.

Coupon codes cannot be used or applied to orders already placed.


If you wish to get a refund, our retail partners have competitive return policies for beauty purchases.

Please take your product(s) back to the original point of purchase, along with proof of purchase, for a refund or an exchange, even if opened!
