    Reliable!

    I've used this toner for a few years. I like the extra touch it provides after cleansing to prepare my skin for the application of serum. Also, I rarely apply makeup right after the morning skincare ritual. However, if I want to "make up" later in the day, before applying foundation, I use this toner to remove oil, etc., that's built up on my skin during the day.
