    This eye cream provides a light but effect touch to my sensitive eye area. I can see a positive difference when I use it. It leaves no oily, heavy feeling behind--just a nice soft, smooth feeling.

    Heaven for under eyes

    I love Bliss products and have used them for years. I had never tried this under eye cream. I have been very happy with my purchase, and so are my eyes. It’s does not take much cream to cover the area. It feels wonderful going on. I would not say it does too much for brightening the area. I will continue to purchase this cream. It’s lovely.
