What is your holiday return policy?
In honor of the holiday season, for orders placed by 12/31/23 we have extended our return policy to 60 days to give you more than enough time to try their favorite products. As always, if you are not satisfied, we invite you to return or exchange your product for free, minus shipping. 

Effective January 1, 2024 we will revert back to our normal return policy of 30 days from the date of purchase. To process a return, click here.

What are your holiday shipping cut-offs?
Our team is working hard to process and deliver your items as soon as possible. We recommend that you complete your purchase(s) no later than midnight ET on 12/12 for standard shipping and midnight ET on 12/15 for priority shipping to receive in time for the holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification regarding your tracking information. It usually takes up to 3 business days for your order to be fulfilled and shipped by our team. Due to the holiday season, it may take an additional 2 business days to fulfill and ship your order. Standard shipping is FREE on all U.S. purchases of $40 and over (excluding taxes). For orders under $40, standard shipping is $5.99. The total delivery time (excluding processing time) for standard shipping is within 7 business days. 3-day shipping is $8.99 on U.S. orders under $40 and $3.99 on orders $40+. Please note that any orders placed after 12 p.m. PST on Friday will process on the following Monday. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we get you your orders as quickly as possible!

Return Policy (Non-Holiday):
We proudly stand behind our products, and strive to provide an easy, stress-free customer experience. If you are unhappy with any item(s) you have received, we will gladly exchange or refund items and sales tax – minus the shipping charges – made within 30 days of purchase. No Questions Asked!

When will I get my refund?
If you ordered using a credit card, we will credit your account with the eligible amount within 14 business days from the date of a processed return. The credit should appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.

Can I return a gift card?

All orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

STANDARD SHIPPING: $5.99 merchandise under $40. (Free $40 or more).
  • We are moving to a larger warehouse and during transition, some products may take up to 10-14 business days to arrive. You will receive an email confirmation once your product leaves the warehouse. Thank you for your patience.

3 DAY EXPEDITED SHIPPING: $8.99 orders under $40 & $3.99 orders $40+

  • Most orders are delivered within 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays) from the order's ship date.
  • Expedited shipping is not currently available for PO Box and APO shipping addresses

    Some Common Questions & Answers

    Q: Can I change or cancel my order once it’s placed?
    A: Once your order has been placed it cannot be cancelled or edited. We can easily update for you, and or create a new order for you, to the correct address.

    Q: I received a shipment confirmation email, but the tracking # doesn’t work.
    A: If your order shipped today, please allow at least 24 hours for the tracking information to upload to the tracking link. After that time period if you need assistance, please complete the service request form or Chat with a Pro.

    Q: Need an update on my order status?
    A: We are moving to a larger warehouse and during transition, some products may take up to 10-14 business days to arrive. You will receive an email confirmation once your product leaves the warehouse. Thank you for your patience. If after 14 days you have not received an update to your email with an estimated date for delivery, please complete the service request form or Chat with a Pro.
