Shipping


 UPS Ground or UPS SurePost is free on orders over $25 in the continental US only. Please allow 24-hours after your order is placed for your order to be processed and 5-10 business days for delivery. Bliss is not responsible for delays in delivery due to weather or other events beyond our control.

*Offer excludes: trial sizes, samples, gift cards, e-cards, gifts with purchase and complimentary items. Only valid in the contiguous USA. Valid on order amounts prior to taxes and shipping charges. Free shipping is not a guaranteed service.

2nd day air shipping is $12 for US orders. Please allow 24-hours after your order is placed for your order to be processed and 2 business days for delivery, no P.O. boxes.

Next day air shipping is $18 for US orders. Please allow 24-hours after your order is placed for your order to be processed and 1 business day for delivery, no P.O. boxes.

Processing Time

Items that are marked as HAZMAT cannot ship via 2-day or Overnight per DOT regulations. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or after 5:00pm EST will be processed the following business day. Please allow 24-48 hours in processing time once the order is received.

International Shipping (Canada only)

International orders are subject to additional shipping and handling charge is (minimum International Shipping Charge $25). Additional taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We ship to Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Please note, these orders may see a delay in shipping.

Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary and are charged when your package reaches its destination country. We recommend that customers contact their local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied. Packages that are returned due to unpaid duties and customs will be charged an additional shipping fee.

How is my order shipped? UPS, FedEx, Postal Service?

Various methods are used within our distribution center to ensure your shipment is received in a timely manner. To check the progress and shipping method of your package, log in to your account and check the order in your order history.

A signature may not be required upon delivery, it is advised that you track your package by created an account and viewing order updates in the account section.

How can I track my order?

We provide tracking information in your shipping confirmation email that’s sent out once we’ve shipped your order. You may also view this information in your account and check the order in your order history.

 Restricted Items

The US Department of Transportation (DOT) restricts certain items from being shipped by air. These items include aerosols and alcohol-based products such as pressurized spray cans, and fragrances. We're committed to getting you your order as soon as possible, but we also want to do it safely and responsibly, in compliance with DOT rules. That's why we require orders containing one of these items to be shipped via standard shipping only. Unfortunately, we cannot ship restricted items to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands or APO/FPO addresses. If your order contains one of these items you must choose standard shipping for your order.

Freight Forwarders

Bliss does not ship to freight forwarders addresses, we reserve the right to cancel all orders shipping to a freight forwarder.

 

In accordance with U.S. federal holidays, our warehouse and Customer Service department will be closed on the following days of the 2018/2019 calendar year:

Monday, May 28th - Memorial Day

Wednesday, July 4th - Independence Day

Monday, September 3rd - Labor Day

Thursday, November 22nd - Thanksgiving Day

Tuesday, December 25th - Christmas Day

Tuesday, January 1st, 2019 - New Year's Day
