Clear Skin Set

I love Bliss products and all seem to work well on my 73 year sagging and wrinkling skin. However, for the first time I purchased Clarifying Gel Moisturizer. Well, I had to write to your chat rep to find out how to get the product out of that jar! What on earth is that on the inner lid??? It is NOT a pump as it didn't work. Your chat rep advised removing the inner lid. Well, I had to carefully use a sharp knife to get it off. Very dangerous. Geez! What is that on top of the inner lid?

Recently tried several products from the Clear Genius line to use as my summer routine when my skin is prone to breakouts. Love the products, BUT the dispensers of two of the products--this and the clarifying gel moisturizer were defective and attempting to use both resulted in a loss of product. No matter how much I primed the pump on the cleanser, the product would not reach the top of the pump. The dispenser on the moisturizer seemed overly "cute" but I presumed one had to remove the plastic plug on the small opening and press on the swishy button. Nothing happened even when I tried turning it upside down. Had to pry off the plastic lid to get to the product.

I bought this toner on a whim at Target in 2019. No expectations, never heard of it, I just liked the look of the product and the ingredients it had. Ever since that day I am not exaggerating when I say this product has become the bedrock of my skincare routine. I swear on my life that this product has changed my skin and I CANNOT LIVE WITHOUT IT. It clears away blemishes yet is so moisturizing and gentle on my skin, it has NEVER burned or irritated my skin and I cannot even say that for most moisturizers I use!!! This and the Drench to Quench moisturizers are literally my holy grail products and the day they are discontinued is the day I will die a little inside. I’ve noticed it’s getting harder and harder to shop for this product in retail stores so here I am, on the Bliss website, fervently begging and PLEADING Bliss to heed the 6000+ reviews and hear me when I say, at least here, YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!!!!! I WILL BUY THIS PRODUCT FOR DECADES TO COME!!!! DO YOU HEAR ME???? DECADES!!!!!!!!!!!

This has, quite possibly, the worst packaging design ever. The “pump” is so ineffective that when it does work, it’s like trying to squeeze the last remnants of product out of a tube. The first one sent to me didn’t work, and while they sent me a replacement for free, the second one’s pump was only slightly better. I can’t even tell how good the product is because I’m so tired of fighting the pump.
