I love Bliss products and all seem to work well on my 73 year sagging and wrinkling skin. However, for the first time I purchased Clarifying Gel Moisturizer. Well, I had to write to your chat rep to find out how to get the product out of that jar! What on earth is that on the inner lid??? It is NOT a pump as it didn't work. Your chat rep advised removing the inner lid. Well, I had to carefully use a sharp knife to get it off. Very dangerous. Geez! What is that on top of the inner lid?

I love this moisturizer. I need a moisturizer but even though I’m older now most moisturizers cause me to have breakouts but not this one. It’s my favourite. My granddaughter has used it and she loves it too.

This has, quite possibly, the worst packaging design ever. The “pump” is so ineffective that when it does work, it’s like trying to squeeze the last remnants of product out of a tube. The first one sent to me didn’t work, and while they sent me a replacement for free, the second one’s pump was only slightly better. I can’t even tell how good the product is because I’m so tired of fighting the pump.

I couldn't think of a better name for this moisturizer. Perfect find more my sensitive skin - definitely clarifying and keeps break outs at bay!

I have enjoyed the results of the gel moisturizer. Unfortunately the pump did not work so I removed that part of the jar.
