When does my credit card get charged for my order?
Blissworld pre-authorizes your credit card at the time the order is placed. Once your order ships, your credit card is charged.
Purchasing Gift Cards
- Bliss® e-Gift Cards are available for any amount and may be purchased HERE. Bliss e-Gift Cards may be redeemed at select Bliss® Spas and online at Blissworld.com. Please see below for Bliss® e-Gift Card Terms & Conditions prior to completing your purchase.
- The simplest way to purchase a Bliss® e-Gift Card is to order online, but you may also visit a participating Bliss® Spa location and purchase a Bliss® gift card in person.
- Please allow 24 hours for your Bliss® e-Gift Card purchase to be processed and for the e-Gift Card to be active.
Redeeming e-Gift Cards
- Bliss e-Gift Cards may be redeemed at select Bliss® Spa locations including Bliss® Soho, Bliss® 57, Bliss® Boston and Bliss® DC. and online at Blissworld.com.
- Please contact your Bliss® Spa directly to confirm participation in the Bliss® e-Gift Card program.
- To redeem your Bliss® e-Gift Card on blissworld.com please call Customer Service: 888-243-8825. We apologize for the inconvenience.
- Bliss® e-Gift Card Terms & Conditions: Please note, when redeeming your e-Gift card there is a limit of one e-Gift Card per transaction. Bliss® e-Gift Cards are redeemable only in the country in which they are purchased. Lost and stolen e-Gift Cards are not replaceable. Unless the remaining balance is $10.00 or less, Bliss® e-Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash. Bliss® e-Gift Cards do not expire. Bliss® e-Gift Cards are transferable but non-refundable.

Canceling & Modifying Orders
Because your order is processed as soon as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order once it has been received. Blissworld.com does not accept orders outside of the US and Canada. If placing an order for Canada, a US form of payment must be used. All orders shipping to Canada will not include taxes & fees. These additional fees will be collected when your order arrives and is the customer’s responsibility. An order placed on Blissworld.com from another country will be automatically cancelled. Promo codes can be specific to dates, products or minimum total amount. All promotional offers, emails and sales, including the Welcome and Birthday discounts cannot be combined with any other offers. Limit one promo code per order. The Bliss® Birthday discount is valid for one purchase only during the month of your birthday. Promo codes and promotions cannot be used toward gift card purchases.
