Return policy for product purchases

  • Bliss product satisfaction guarantee: We always hope you love all things bliss, but should you be less than happy with your bliss brand product purchase, return the unused portion of the product in its packaging to us within 30 days for a refund. Keep in mind that all web orders must be returned to bliss direct and not a spa location.

  • 3rd party brands, activewear + shapewear- For any non-bliss brand products purchased from we will accept returns for a refund up to 30 days on unused products in the original packaging.

  • If an unused product from any brand is returned between 31-60 days a refund will not be issued but you can receive a bliss gift card for the purchase price of the product.

  • Past 61 days an item from any brand cannot be returned for refund, exchange or gift card.

  • Gift Cards are non-refundable and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

  • Bundles, sets and kits: you must return all components of a bundle, set or kit in order to receive a refund for any portion of the purchase price.

  • Free gifts with purchase: we will deduct $50 from an order refund if an order is returned but the free beauty bag is not returned.

  • Bliss does not provide pre-paid return labels. When shipping a return, we highly recommend adding tracking information for your personal records.
