Ask yourself an honest question: when is the last time you felt centered? You know the feeling we’re talking about -- that chilled-out-post-meditation state of bliss. Has it been a minute? Hey, we feel you. Start by giving yourself a break. Sometimes life throws things at us we can’t control (hello, 2020!), but finding little moments of balance -- even if it’s in your skincare routine -- can be a great place to start.
