Challenge yourself to bang out three tasks you’re not excited about. This sounds counterintuitive, but it works surprisingly well. Pay a bill, reply to that email you’ve been putting off, wash your dishes and put everything away neatly. Whatever it is, set a timer and see if you can complete them all. Then, kick back and bask in your sense of accomplishment.
