Girl's gotta breathe: Taking a deep breath for your skin

Maybe you head to yoga to practice your deep breathing, but I head to the spa to practice mine! It's not that I don't love a little savasana, but sometimes it's not just my lungs and belly that need to breathe - it's my skin!
