A dime-sized amount easily covers face. When applying, dispense into one hand and use your other hand to dip into the lotion and dot on face or body rather than rubbing together both hands.

Reapply:  After 80 minutes of swimming or sweating , immediately after towel drying -at least every 2 hours when exposed to sunlight
