The small tube would be a nice bonus in addition to the larger tube-- if it had any product in it. It has about 1/2 a mL of the 5 mL it should have.

It is good. I used it for months but if your concern is puffiness the eye alert by kiehls is a lot better..sorry bliss! I used the cleanser, toner and moisturizer by bliss still and love them!
