I'm on my feet twelve hours a day at work and my MBTs have really toned my legs. My thighs don't touch anymore and my calves are tight. They're my exercise;even on the subway.

I love the Masai sneakers! They are amazingly comfortable. I actually purchased them for health reasons--to help balance my posture and to alleviate pain. I bought these shoes in London a year ago from a Pilates instructor who gave me "lessons" on walking in these shoes. It's quite a peculiar feel at first - like your're rolling along! But after walking the streets of London over the last year: they REALLY work! They give you 4x the workout of regular walking, and my legs look great! Even for my age (at 40 plus).
