I absolutely love my MBTs! I wear them everywhere! You find yourself holding in your core, even when standing. And your calves look awesome after a week. If you do a lot of walking, or just want to walk more- get these shoes. Also, I have had two ACL reconstructions, and they do wonders for my knees! I know I'll be wearing these for rest of my life!
