I've been through so many shoes in the past two years that I was getting ready to stay home to run around barefoot. An accident tore my cartilage in my right knee in so many places that surgery was required to remove most of it. Leg cramps and lower back pain kept me from working out. Two weeks ago I decided to invest in the last pair of shoes that could offer some relief. I have news for you, I am fast walking again!

After some very bad right knee and ankle injuries I finally invested in MBT sneakers and just purchased these Mary Janes a few weeks ago- I love what they do to protect my joints!

I have these in smoke and absolutely love them -- I wear them almost every day and they're comfortable (no blisters or rubbing) without socks and the color looks great with jeans. I like these so much better than the lace-up MBT's because the lace-up MBT's weren't comfy without socks. One of the best things about MBT's is that they make you taller when you wear them!
