My flats, heels, other sneakers and any other shoe have a near permanent home in my closet these days. From the moment you put these sneakers on you can feel a difference. They are amazingly comfortable, and after an average of 6 hours on my feet per day, I'm still feeling alright! And, as talked about, they do help to improve posture. I'd also be lying if I said that I wasn't noticing a tightening of my abs and an extra bounce in my step!

I have purchased the MBT's walk and let me tell you....You get a work out with these. My tush was so sore for the 1st week after using these just a couple of times in place of my regular walking shoes, I knew they had to be doing something.
