They are amazingly comfortable. I actually purchased them for health reasons—to balance my posture and to alleviate pain. I was so pleased also to discover that over the three weeks that I have had them I have lost at least an inch around each thigh and my legs are getting toned and feel stronger. I am 43 years old. I have been wearing the mbt for a year. My legs look like twenty year old legs, very tight and firm. I wear then all day at work, seven hours a day five days aweek and I do wear them on the weekend. I also workout in them and ride my bike in them. I am wearing a dress I have had 12 years ago... I know the cost is a little steep but the price is worth the results youget when you wear these sneakers. I love them!
