1. The low starting point of the brow should be straight above your tear duct.
2. The highest point of the brow should be straight above the outside of your iris.
3. The ending point of the brow can be found by creating a line from the outside of your mouth; up past the outside corner of your eye, and stopping where it intersects with the brow.
Take a brow pencil and trace out your starting point, your arcch and endpoints so that you don't have to keep measuring as you go. You can always wipe it off once you're done.
