Love the Mocha. Keep it stocked in my house at all times. The key to this stuff is using SUPER cold water and drinking it AS SOON AS you mix it. Otherwise, the texture can be yucktown.

This protein does keep you full. But YUCK with taste and texture! I find the only good way to have it is holding your nose ;-)

I have a chronic stomach illness that makes eating solid foods challenging some days. This product has what I need in a liquid form to get me through. I think it tastes good and has the protein, vitamins, and minerals that we all need to keep us going. My favorite flavor is the chocolate. I have been drinking it for many years and cannot imagine life without it!
