BEST. PROTEIN. SHAKE. EVER. My favorite flavor is chocolate but the mocha and vanilla flavor are also good. Cannot live with out this product!

This protein does keep you full. But YUCK with taste and texture! I find the only good way to have it is holding your nose ;-)
