Please arrive 15-20 minutes early for your appointment to allow stress-free check-in, changing, a shower or sauna and a little pre-treatment decompression time. (Bliss57 and BlissLondon offer locker rooms for women only. Separate shower and locker room facilities are available for men at our Soho location only.)

Our Central Booking Department will (as of May 1, 2002) no longer be making confirmation calls for spa appointments. While we have—in the past—always called each client to 'confirm', the many messages and compulsory confirmation callbacks got to be too troublesome for our 'regulars', who kept mentioning that they'd rather we just trusted they'd attend.

So, from this point forward, we won't be calling you (nor do you have to call us back) to confirm. Once you've booked an appointment, we'll just expect you to 'be there'. Should you fail to cancel (or otherwise 'no show'), your appointment fee will be charged to the credit card number it's been held by.

We hope that this new strategy for spa-scheduling enables us to be more streamlined, and you to be more satisfied with our service.
