Seeking a General Manager for each location (Punta Mita and Mexico City)to oversee the overall spa operations to include ensuring the spa achieves goals relating to spa revenue and operating costs all while focusing on delivering the highest level of customer service. Key responsibilities include: hiring, training, motivating, directing and evaluating a great bunch of associates; and ensuring that we have a well functioned, clean spa. Must possess 5 years of management experience with proven leadership ability in a spa, hospitality or retail setting. Seeking a motivated individual who has a deep commitment to their work and team. Must like people (A LOT!)
