Creative Service Traffic Coordinator

BlissWorld is seeking a Creative Service Traffic Coordinator to put on their white gloves and say go, wait, stop to all design jobs that drive through the Creative Design Department. The incumbent will be working with the Production Manager to ensure production process runs efficiently and all deadlines are met. The right fit will also be the liaison with direct contacts and vendors as well as our creative, merchandise, and marketing departments to communicate changes in project, content or timelines. This organizational Queen or King will prepare for photo shoots, coordinate proofreaders for catalog, maintain and organize digital asset library and coordinate decks and streamline comments. Must be highly organized and detailed oriented. Minimum Experience Required: 2-3 years traffic experience with in-house creative department, advertising agency or design studio. Must be a team player, flexible, and be able to multi-task under tight deadlines. As well as excellent proofreading skills. An understanding of print production process a plus.

Regulatory Associate

Bliss is seeking an experienced Regulatory Associate to manage the regulatory process for all existing and new products in the skincare, hair, bath and body product categories. Responsibilities include creating dossiers for all products scheduled to launch, managing all tests required, gathering raw material information, creating ingredient labels, and reviewing packaging; will work closely with Marketing and Product Development to establish claims for products; manage the approval process with outside council. Must have a min of 5 years experience in Cosmetic Regulatory for North America and be familiar with EU requirements. A degree in Chemistry or Law would be ideal. • Publissity Intern These bliss buzz-makers place products on the pages of magazines, tubes of body butter on television, and keep our cult items close to celebrities.
• Marketing Intern Looking for an organized, computer savvy, multitasking Marketing Major in need of some bliss in their life. Work with marketing team to brainstorm collateral initiatives, bliss girl concepts, promotions/events, create and circulate marketing profiles and price lists for new products. Must be able to work a full semester.

We are looking for interns who have a sense of humor (a must!), extremely detail-oriented (think: obsessive/compulsive disorder), a working knowledge of computers is desired (No, Sega does not count) and a love for beauty products that borders on the pathological.
