Mask has a nice cooling effect. Not sure how effective it is for breakouts but my skin looks brighter right after use.

read the reviews and saw it in the magazine , definitely a must, i dont have any acne ( zit ) problems but i like the way it smooths out my skin and gives it a cooling effect that makes it looks relaxed and less puffy ( i have allergies ) , in regards to the spot treatment i did use it a couple times and by the morning the problem area seem to have dissapeared so if you have zit prone skin i would imagine this would work great for you.
