I love this wax. Easy to use, no pain and not messy like the wax you buy at the beauty supply store. I use this on my upper lip and chin so it will last awhile. Worth the price.

This was my first attempt at at home waxing. I bought this mainly to do my legs. It is very easy to use, however it takes a little practice. And I wish I could say it is painless, but it is not! (Although I have definitely had worse!!!) I would recommend this for smaller areas. I think it hurts more when you are waxing yourself vs. going in to Bliss and having them do it for you!

The best Bliss wax experience is a spa one, but if you cannot get to Bliss, this is a handy way of dealing with stray fuzzies yourself. Bought one for my Mom, who does her upper lip with it at home.

This was my first foray into home waxing and I'm not totally sold. I did end up throwing the cup in the freezer to harden the wax after I was done. Then just squeeze the cup a little and all the wax on the sides will crack and fall into the bottom ready for reheat. Not sure this is financially worth it...but it was interesting to try.

I am loyal to bliss spa for brazilian waxing and when I moved out of Bliss territory, I tried the at home stuff. The pros are that the wax is great, as painless as wax can be just like in the spa. The cons are that the wax gets stuck on the sides and once it it is separated from the majority of the wax it does not reheat/meltdown that well. It doesn't stop me from buying the at home quit but I do waste a lot of wax. I don't know how anyone could re-use the cup with the refills they offer???

Please give your customers a choice! Bring back the hair remover wax in the metal cup! By having two different formulas and two different melting methods, to choose from, you will be making a lot of happy customers! Choice is the way to go!

Bring back the old cup! The microwave cup is not as good, and has less wax than the heat on stove cup. Bring back the old cup please Bliss!

I've been a home-waxer for several years using another strip-free product. After receiving the BEST-EVER bikini wax at the Bliss Spa in NY I decided to try the at-home kit. I am not disappointed. It would normally take me 1 - 2 hours just to do my underarms - last night using Poetic Waxing I was done in 15, which includes the prep time. The secret really is the oil - it makes the process pain free and quick. My only wish is that the bottle of the cleanser was a little bigger, since I'll go through that a lot faster than the oil. It took about 3 minutes total to melt the wax in my 900 watt microwave. I did need to let it cool on my bathroom counter for a few minutes, but I used that time to prep my skin with the cleanser and oil. The wax stayed a workable consistency (but, again, I was done so fast!) and I didn't have to go back and reheat like I have with other kits. I have nothing but love for this product, and I'm inviting a couple friends over this weekend for a "waxing party."
